Downstate Donuts

First experienced at Donut Feast, I wanted to seek out this potato donut. I quickly learned that this intriguing donut doesn’t have a store front but instead they partner with local coffee shops to feature their sweet treat. It is definitely worth a shot if you are near one of their partners, but like so many shops I fear quality isn’t maintained once they are dropped off. When I got my hands on this donut it was at Rewired Cafe in Lakeview which seems to be a past partner at this time.
